She works with dreams, art, movement and journaling to help you better understand your inner world. This reveals what is preventing you from reaching goals and being all you can be in the outside world. Her introduction to the world of dreams, Jungian psychology and Depth psychology in the Memphis Jung Seminar group led her to explore the Body/Mind connection with analyst/author Marion Woodman in her BodySoul Rythms training program. Elaine also completed the first year training in Authentic Movement at the Authentic Movement Institute in Berkeley, California. She has been a student of breathwork and meditation since 1991 and offers individual sessions, groups and workshops.
